Just completed first annual inspection. Chris was professional, responsive, timely, and easy to work with. 
I really like the annual maintenance program. No worrying about changing a filter or keeping this important piece of equipment running smoothly...plus an extended warranty. 
Oh and of course, my installation last year went very smoothly. They handled everything including the City inspection, and my dual zone, low energy system works great.
